These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Laas Exchange platform, including our Crypto Exchange, Wallet, LaasBook social platform, and Services marketplace. By creating an account or using any Laas Exchange service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Our Platform
Laas Exchange is a multi-service digital platform that may provide Crypto Exchange, Laas Wallet, LaasBook, and Services. Available services, countries, fiat currencies, wallets, features, and payment methods may change over time.
1.1 Crypto Exchange
Exchange services may include cryptocurrency buying, selling, swapping, deposits, and withdrawals through supported blockchain-based and automated systems. Blockchain transactions may be processed automatically after required conditions and confirmations are met.
1.2 Laas Wallet
Laas Wallet lets users manage supported crypto assets and fiat balances. Manual crypto or fiat deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other operations may require review and approval by an authorized Laas Exchange Administrator or Agent.
1.3 LaasBook
LaasBook is a social media and community service. Users are responsible for content they publish and must not use it for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activities.
1.4 Services
Services may include Marketplace, Transport, Broker, Hotels, Vehicles, Real Estate, Laundry, Delivery, Furnitures, and Ads.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Keep passwords and credentials confidential, protect your account from unauthorized access, never share OTPs or security codes, and notify us promptly if your account may be compromised.
3. Crypto Exchange and Blockchain Transactions
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. You must select the correct address and network. Network fees, exchange rates, confirmation times, and supported networks may change. Laas Exchange is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses, incorrect network selection, user error, or blockchain conditions beyond our reasonable control.
4. Manual Crypto and Fiat Wallet Transactions
Some transactions require Administrator or Agent review. Submitting a request does not guarantee automatic or immediate completion; it may be approved, rejected, delayed, or require additional information.
5. Fiat Wallets and Country-Specific Services
Fiat wallets and services depend on supported regions, payment providers, laws, verification requirements, and availability. Additional review may be required.
6. LaasBook Content and User Conduct
Do not post illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, abusive, malware-related, unauthorized, or rights-violating content. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action.
7. Marketplace and Other Services
Laas Exchange may connect users with independent sellers and service providers and may act only as a technology platform. Review all transaction and service details before making payments or agreements.
8. Prohibited Activities
You must not commit fraud, launder money, finance illegal activities, use stolen payment methods, provide false information, access another account, disrupt systems, bypass security, or violate applicable laws.
9. Verification and Compliance
We may request identity, ownership, transaction, or other documents for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or legal obligations. Failure to provide them may cause delays, rejected transactions, restricted services, or suspension.
10. Fees and Exchange Rates
Fees, rates, network fees, and service charges can vary. Review relevant transaction information before confirming.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information, incorrect addresses or networks, blockchain failures, price changes, third parties, weak credential protection, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after publication of the revised Terms means you accept them.
