We may collect account information such as your full name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, username, password, and security information; financial and transaction information; verification documents where required; LaasBook posts, comments, messages, profiles, reports, and moderation requests; and technical information such as IP address, device, browser, operating system, login activity, cookies, and platform usage information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information to manage your account and wallets, process blockchain and service transactions, review manual transactions, verify activity, prevent fraud, operate LaasBook, provide services, communicate important information, improve security and functionality, and comply with legal requirements.

3. Manual Transaction Review

Authorized Laas Exchange Administrators or Agents may access transaction information reasonably necessary to review, approve, reject, or investigate transactions and secure the service.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share relevant information with authorized Administrators and Agents, payment and financial providers, blockchain infrastructure providers, verification and fraud prevention providers, service partners, and authorities when legally required.

5. Blockchain Information

Public blockchain transaction details, including wallet addresses, amounts, identifiers, and timestamps, may be permanent. Laas Exchange cannot remove or alter information permanently stored on a public blockchain.

6. LaasBook Content

Public content may be visible to other users or the public. Do not publish sensitive personal, financial, password, private key, or other confidential information. We may process content for moderation, security, fraud prevention, and Terms enforcement.

We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, process and verify transactions, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Some blockchain data can remain public permanently.

10. Third-Party Services

Third-party providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Review them before using their services.

11. Your Responsibilities

Keep your password confidential, never share OTPs unnecessarily, protect private keys and wallet credentials, verify recipient details, and avoid publishing sensitive information on LaasBook.
